Teachers

Komala and Khushru are partners, lovers, friends and co-teachers of the Training for Life.

They live together in Austria, and work internationally, teaching and leading workshops and trainings. Their way of working together is a unique combination of professionalism and clarity with insight, friendliness and humor.
The Training for Life is the culmination of many years of deep inner work and trainings in different areas of human development. What makes their work very alive and deeply touching for people is the absolute passion and trust both share for human beings, for life and for a conscious way of living.

“The Training for Life emerged and grew from the beginning of our coming together. It is the result of the creative force of our masculine and feminine energies, which inspired and impregnated each other. This training is our love affair, and a process that is in constant movement. It keeps growing and developing again and again through the experiences and inputs of each participant that has been part of the training.”

Khushru Gregor Steinmaurer

I am a systemic therapist, seminar leader, meditation teacher and a passionate devotee of the exploration and study of consciousness and integral living.

More about Khushru Gregor
While studying history and philosophy in my early twenties I started to work with a mystery school based on the teachings of the Indian mystic Osho. This brought me to India, to the Meditation Center in Pune, where I got trained and worked as a therapist and group leader.

I have been learning and working with a variety of eastern and western methods such as: Awareness Intensives, Tibetan Pulsing Healing, Zen Counseling and Gestalt, Bodywork and Massage Therapies, Energy Reading, NLP, Primal Therapy and Trauma healing (Somatic Experiencing ®). In the last years my work has been deeply influenced by the Integral Theory formulated by Ken Wilber and Evolutionary Spirituality from Thomas Hübl.

I work internationally leading workshops focusing on the integration of meditation, therapy and new approaches to healing into a modern form of Spirituality. I also work together with my partner Komala on Male-Female Polarity, Conscious Relationship, and the Training for Life. An important element is working with men in seminars and longer trainings, supporting an awakened and conscious masculinity.

Meeting and working with people in a context of mutual inspiration and deepening together the awareness of what it means to live a conscious, whole and joyful life, is my greatest passion and nourishment.

Komala de Amorim

I am born in Brazil, where I graduated in Art Education and start exploring the voice and spontaneous singing as ways to make contact with my inner self.

More about Komala de Amorim

In my early twenties I moved to India and lived for many years at the Osho meditation Resort, where I learned, experienced and taught a variety of transpersonal and meditative therapies, self-development techniques and body-work.

Many years of meditation practice, self-enquiry and singing skills, combined with exploration of spiritual traditions as Zen, Sufism and Tantra, and various western therapeutic methods are the base of my work.

I’ve developed various groups for women and the therapeutic work with voice and spontaneous singing. Together with my partner Khushru Gregor Steinmaurer, we created courses on the themes of sexuality, masculine-feminine polarity, conscious and loving relationship, and the Training for Life.

My own inner process and the learning of different techniques made me understand that all the methods brings me to myself, when the longing is deep and the search is sincere.

This passion I have been sharing through courses and trainings around the world, and those meetings have been a very precious teaching.
When human beings come together, with the intention to expand their life and discover their inner reality, magic happens and everyone that is part of it grows.

I am trained in: Craniosacral Biodynamic; Primal Therapy and Sexual-de-conditioning, Essence Work and Chakra Balancing, Hara Awareness Massage, Voicing, Awareness Intensive, Satori, Die Before you Die.

My work has been influenced by teachings on Somatic Experiencing by Peter Levine, Sexuality and male-female polarity from David Deida, Conscious Living and Dying from Stephen Levine, Voice Dialogue by Hal and Sidra Stone, Voicing from Prathiba d’Stoppani, Integral theory by Ken Wilber and Evolutionary Spirituality with Thomas Huebl.
