The essence of the second chakra is movement and connection. It is related to the fluidity and formlessness of the element water.
In this center we start experiencing duality, the vulnerable yet powerful dimension of our feelings, the dynamic interplay between energy and body, our inner and outer world.

The location of the second chakra is the lower belly and sacral plexus, and its themes are emotional identity, pleasure and sexuality.

In this dimension we become aware about the other and enter the complexity and richness that arises when we engage in the world of connection and relationships. It is the waking of the force of attraction of opposites, a force that wakes up our emotions and desires, wants and needs, our feelings and sensations.

When our basic right to feel is not allowed, it creates patterns that keep us from experiencing the richness and aliveness of our feelings and emotions.

The work in the second chakra involves working on emotions, sexuality and sensuality. It is about bringing awareness to our relationships, which many times are still entangled in dependencies and patterns that come from unresolved emotional wounds we carry from childhood.

 

In this module we will:

  • Reconnect and nourish the space of our inner child. Learn to identify and understand emotional patterns that come from our childhood and have been shaping our adult behavior.
  • Learn to feel and accept feelings and emotions, finding creative ways to relate to emotions in myself and others.
  • Explore how we relate to our bodies and to pleasure, learning to let our energy flow and expand through the body, connecting our inner self and the outer world.
  • Discover a new sense of belonging and relaxation in intimate relationships as well as with the world at large.
  • Dive into the formless realm of the belly and our ability for expansion and to move with change.

 

The Sacral Chakra and its issues develop mainly from 6 months to 2 years old, when the child learns about relationships and emotions through the contact with the mother and other caretakers.

When our emotions clear and the second chakra heal, it brings us to a natural flow of emotional energy through the body, where we can experience pleasure through movement, contact and sexuality.
With a healthy second chakra we are able to move through changes and feel a deep sense of connection with people and with life.

Workshop will take place in Buchov, Postupice near Prague (Czech Republic).
Beginning on Friday 1 June in the evening. Ending on Wednesday 6 September after lunch.

The price is 440 EUR (VAT included) if the deposit is paid before 1 May. After this date the price is 470 EUR (VAT included). For reservation deposit of 170 EUR must be paid in advance.

Price does not include accomodation and food, which is paid separately on site. For accomodation it is 250 CZK/night on the mattress in your own sleeping bag or 350 CZK in the bed with bedding. Food is for 320 CZK/day
